Booked property by mcd

I have a property in Delhi . Today when I went for registry I come to know that it’s being booked by SDMC. Pls suggest me if I can rectify it from SDMC.

What is the reason for booking / sealing the property, if it other than illegal construction ?

You may move in appeal to Appellate Tribunal MCD Room No 29, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi-110054
