Hello Team,
I have served a company for 4 years 4 months and now I am on notice period for that company.
And when the company announced bonus, I am not in notice period. After they announced bouns I have resigned.
HR denying on bouns eligible as I am on notice period on payday.
Can anyone give me a suggestion on how to ask company for the bouns announced for the year which I served.

Sorry for the misfortune! We cant do much because the company policies are important. Whether if you are entitled for a bonus within the stipulated notice period is the question here.
