BMC on exhortation spree again ?

Do you remember plight of flat owners of Campa Cola Compound in Worli, Mumbai ?

BMC is again on exhortation spree again and serving Eviction Notices to the owners of flats in buildings not having OC. That too after collecting property tax running in to huge amounts.

These thugs first collud with rogue builders to carryout construction and don't act against illegal construction and then after 25 yrs wakeup to act not against builders but flat owners.

In spite of recent Magistrate's Court's order in Mulund involving 80yrs old owner mentioning that its builder & architect's job to get OC BMC has served notice to society in Andheri leaving flat owners are panicky situation.
