We have a callcentre in Mahape. We had a recuritment campaign in the last month , where 15 agent were appointment after screening and remaining 12 were rejected after they failed the screening test.
These failed agent are harrasing us by asking for salary for the period when they were undergoing screening test. They are threatening our operations manger and have been trying all the ways to malign our company name .
Please advice what is to be done against them.
