Black magic

Black Magic is on the rise.In Karnataka,BS Yedurappa recently claimed that opposition party leaders are resorting to black magic to oust him from the power.News papaers carry Ad for solving Black magic problems.( They also indirectly suggest that they can perform BM).People who suffer certain ailment beleave that they are victims of BM.Lot of Babas and saints take advantage of situation to make fast money through gullible persons.when this is the case,Is there any Law in India which can curtail the activities of Black magicians and so called solution providers.How can a victim complain against the suspected performer?
