Its like a Board exam when the result is about to come everyone was like i will score more, but when it comes, some sad , some happy faces looking at you.

Likewise in Delhi Assembly election, Both the parties competing each other by putting more efforts , So according to me reason is , WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, so may be people have seen how all of them were working.
