bike acccidental death

bike accident deaths

Quick Summary
If a bike accident has tragically resulted in a death, it's crucial to understand the legal and insurance processes. A police complaint is essential, and the vehicle's third-party insurance may be involved. You'll need to gather documents like the death certificate and medical records, and consulting a local advocate is recommended to navigate the claims process and understand your rights under Section 304 of the IPC.

What are the facts?

For any accidental deaths a Police complaint is necessary and in case of such deaths, the vehicle insurance carries a third party clause and if the insurer fails to compensate the victim, the court decides proper compensation.  Go and meet the writer in  police station, collect copies of such C book and Insurance policy, and contact a local advocate for issuing a notice to insurance company.  Provide him the death certificate, employment certificate, medical record.  Your local advocate guides you further.
