Beer shop noc

I was issued NOC by chairman for beer shop and after severl months i received  my license and later society started opposing about they wont let shop get opened due as it is nearby society gate however i already invested my time and money so what should i do now?

Quick Summary
After obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a licence for a beer shop, the owner is facing opposition from their residential society. The society is preventing the shop from opening due to its proximity to the society gate, despite the owner's investment. Legal advice suggests filing a suit for permanent injunction against the society to continue business operations, as the licence itself implies approval.

You can file a suit for permanent injunction against the society to restrtain them from obstructing you from doing your business.

You have rights to continue the business, if there was any issue in this then the licensing authorities would not have granted you license

What type of Society is referred in your query, i.e., whether it is a residential, commercial etc ?

Residential society cannot permit a Beer Shop in their complex.

Commercial complex there is no need for additional permission.

Facts posted are not clear same may be redrafted.
