Bbmp a khata property

Hi All,

I am planning to purchase a BBMP "A" Khata property from a seller. The Seller is a muslim, what precautions to be taken care while purchasing a muslim property.

Whether the vendor is a Muslim or belong to any other religion, you are concerned with the property and not with the religion of the seller.

You verify tghe property documents, chain documents, EC, property tax paid receipts, utility bills on the name of the seller etc., and obtain a proper legal opinion from an experienced lawyer in the local, proceed only if recommended
