Basic case real estate lawyer fees

Hi Bharat,

I am Surya. I am an NRI. I have no information about lawyer fees in India in big cities like Mumbai, Bangalore

1. What is the average cost to hire a good lawyer for selling my house (with clean Corporation property tax papers) to a builder ? ( Real estate value of the Transaction will be approximately 1.5 crore).

2. What is the average cost to hire a decent lawyer from a good law firm for buying a flat from a builder? ( Real estate value of the Transaction will be approximately 1 crore).

you can contact law firms.... now a days law firms are working very effectively for clients and fees depends from state to state......

Right from sourcing the purchaser to the completion of sale deed they charge 2% of the value of the property.
