Bar council telangana

Under the Bar Council of India rules, you are granted a provisional window of 3 years from your enrolment date to pass AIBE.  Since you enrolled in 2017, you must verify your status with the Bar Council of Telangana.   

I enrolled in state bar council and passed AIBE. All this happened in 2017. Now I want to begin practice. They want me to submit 5 vakalatnaman or a letter from law firm. Without practice how can i get vakalatnama

You cannot be expected to independently obtain five vakalatnamas before beginning practice if you have not yet started appearing in court. In most cases, advocates satisfy this requirement by joining a senior advocate's office or a registered law firm and obtaining the required certification. If the rule appears impractical in your circumstances, you should seek a written clarification from the Bar Council of Telangana rather than assume that only five independent vakalatnamas will be accepted.

If the Bar Council rejects your resumption application despite your compliance with its rules, or insists on a condition not supported by its regulations, you may seek appropriate administrative review and, if necessary, judicial review before the jurisdictional High Court.

While in corporate service as stated by you, how could you manage to get enrolled with Bar Council Telengana ?

I first got enrolled and then got into corporate services.

You can consult and take the assistance of any senior lawyer of your bar  association and get the practical problems/ formalities solved accordingly.

Any advice from this remote place may not guide you properly because neither you understand the instructions of the bar council nor you are able to identify your actual problem in this regard.

Kindly advise this. I paid SBI challan 5000 rs for resumption process in favor of bar council. The challan is not subitted to them as I did not have all documents to submit.

Can I ask them to refund 5000 rupeees back.

Do bar council oblique refunds. How easy or tought it is

Why do you feel shy to approach your Bar Council before posting such procedural questions to the experts on this platform, who are from all over India and may or may not belong to Telengana ?

Experts??? Who? Its not a procedural question. Its a question of any advocates similar experience. 

You want to answer only just because of answering. Bar Council is 300 KMS from where I stay.
