learned lawyers

would like to know if the bank account holder having ATM card after his natural death due to old age can claim some financial compensation from his bank.

I appreciate to hear your valuable legal opinion.

kind regards

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a bank account holder's nominee can claim financial compensation from the bank if the account holder passes away and still possesses an ATM card. The consensus is that a claim might be possible if there's specific insurance attached to the ATM card or account, and the bank has a policy covering such scenarios. It's advised to check the specific terms and conditions with the bank.
