My bank account lien and freezed and in minus 80000 rs bank manager says that your account having too many transaction proof it otherwise your account has been freezed and lien . Is there any problem occurs if i didn't proof the transactions .

Question is not clear. Banker is having limited right for lien.
How transactions can be questioned by Bank instead of Income tax department.
Ask bank to give you letter in writing.
You can approach Bank Ombudsman or consumer court for redressal of your complaint.

No the bank manager says that in future you will face problem because of high transactions in your account and my account is now liened and in negative 80000 , should i be worried about this?
