This is Senthil Kumar from Madurai, I need some legal opinion,
I was plugged a business loan against my trading office in 2017, first 3 months Emi (ecs) was not collected from my account, first month itself I visited the bank regarding my Emi was not collected from my account, but manager was not interested to answer my question, after 3 months over it was affected my cibil score, and also they put penalty amount also, because of cibil score another one loan application is rejected by sbi bank, I have all papers regarding this issue, one year I had paid the Emi after that I stopped, still my issue was not rectify, now I plan to collect compensation, because of the bank manager failed to do his duty , everything was happened because of manager leathergy.
Now bank people asking me to pay the full outstanding amount, still they boycott the previous chair person mistake.
Even though they won't consider the previous manager mistakes
