Bailable warrant

Complainant is not coming to give his statement after the court has issued bailable warrant against him, what accused person should do? What is the validity of warrants issued whether bailable or non-bailable?

It will be witness warrant which is always bailable.  I f the complainant is still not appearing, the evidence of the complainant may be dispensed with by the court at its discretion  will proceed further as per law.
