division bench justice gave order to my husbands' counsel to give 10k of that month within 15 days from the date of order and within 7th of each succiding month ...as he agree to give it so on that condition it gave bail.but still not given 3mnths and still not they surrender to lower court on bond 5000 each...what is going on? what to do?

you can initiate contempt proceedings along with recovery proceedings

but the order was given by high court division bench. nothing happened in lower court..do i have to give application to lower court or high court? and they havenot still surrender to lower court for bail bond ....do not it necessary for them to appear?
