Bail bonds not submitted in court

Respected experts,

Staion bail hai takrn in 2010 but along with charge sheet from the SHO has not subitted the bail bonds to court. Now fhe case is dismissed and what is the process to get the bail bonds amount now.

We filed petetion in court but ghey r saying bonds not available in court.

Along with the interest we will get the amount r only bail bond amounts wil get.

Kundly let us know the process to get that amount.

Thanks in advance

Quick Summary
A case from 2010 was dismissed because the bail bonds, taken by the Station House Officer (SHO), were never submitted to the court along with the charge sheet. The petitioner is now seeking to recover the bail bond amount, potentially with interest, but the court states the bonds are not on record. The advice suggests requesting the court to direct the SHO to file the missing bail bonds.

If the defendant meets all court requirements and attends all scheduled hearings, the full bail amount is typically refunded at the end of the case, minus any administrative fees imposed by the court. Property Bonds: Property bonds use real estate or other valuable property as collateral to secure the bail amount.

Your statement, inter alia, that,

"Staion bail hai takrn in 2010 ............" is vague and confusing.

If the IO / SHO has not submitted surety document taken with bail bond to the court with charge-sheet, you should have pointed out to the Court / IO.

Request court to issue directions to concerned SHO to file bail bonds in court.
