Bail application

If someone has been charged under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 404, 447, 448, 511, 120B IPC what are the chances of them getting bail?

420 - Non bailable, but bail will be granted

465- Bailable

467- Non bailable

467- -- do--

468--- do--

471- bailable

404- -- do--

447 -bailable

448- non bailable

511- According as the offence attempted by the offender is bailable or not

120b-   do--

Bail would be granted by the court.

no strait jacket formula - if it was so easy - there would have been no judges - look at the section and grant bail - totality of facts has to be seen.

Bail for any non bailable offence is granted on the merits of the bail plea or application..
