Bail application

if the accused in jail and I want to apply bail for him then how as an advocate can I apply because it is not possible to take sign of accused in jail on vakaltnama.?

You visit the jail, give a request to the jail authorities to meet the client as per the procedures and obtain his signature or you can give the filled up vakaltnama to the jail superintendent, who will arrange to get the signature of your client in the vakalatnma
