An accused has been arrested under section 120(B)/ 353 after one year of lodging FIR. what plea should be taken to get bail

Grounds that you can take during bail:

1. arrest maade after one year, for one year he cooperated in investigation and attended court,  no reason why he would not continue the same.

2. offence punishable with 2 years imprisonment only so bail should be granted as par Sanjay chandra v CBI

3. trial will take time and no purpose will be served by keeping him confined to jail.

4. accused will cooperate with police and appear regularly in trial and will abide by all the conditions that court may impose while granting bail.
