Power of attorney granted to an agent can be revoked by the executant/ grantor any time.

Information provided in the post are not clear and complete for forming an opinion and oblige.

1. ANY type of Authority given to anybody can be revoked, by following due procedures of law (Notice to POA holder, Interested Public persons, Newspaper Publication, Notice board on Site, etc....  )

If there is a procedural delay, immediately you can issue a notice electronically also.

If the POA or agency is conditional then the master/principle cannot revoke it by violating the said condition otherwise he is free to get the same revoked irrespective of the loss to the agent.
