Authetication mail from nesl

Hello, I have recently received a mail from NeSL to authenticate debt against the mortgage loan account. This is the first time I have heard about NeSL, not sure what is that about. Do some one has more information about NeSL and why does creditor(Banks, etc) should share personal information to NeSL ? Thanks, Harish

The primary role of NeSL is to serve as a repository of legal evidence holding the information pertaining to any debt/claim, as submitted by the financial or operational creditor and verified and authenticated by the parties to the debt.
