Authentication of photos & videos in a phone as evidence in case of extramarital contacts by husband

My niece came away from her husband because he is having extramarital relations with another woman. There are some photos and video conversations in a phone belonging to him. While coming away, she brought the phone with her. She extracted the videos and photos and submitted them in court. Should they be authenticated and if so can anyone suggest places / labs from which such authentication is to be obtained in Andhra Pradesh! What will be the approximate cost?

What is the case pending before the Court as having relationship with another woman is no more a crime ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged by your neice for proceeding the case ?

What do your neice trying to establish and demolish her matrimonial life by taking away phone of her husband ?

ok sir! she came away because he was abusing her and was thretening to kill her. she wants to live separately and wants to get alimony /maintenance.
The lawyer said that being a civil case the judge will not bother much. In fact the evidences have been marked but now , the respondent is trying to get it demarked.

Did she apply for maintenance before jurisdictional court ?

She has already stated to have filed complaints for cruelty committed by her husband, proceed as per law. No further proceeding can be initiated till earlier is not decided.

It is not a civil case in any manner. If so, it is better to replace your lawyer.
