Audio recording as evidence

I have gone through the posts in this forum and got to know that audio recording is a valid proof of evidence under certain circumstances.

1> How do someone find the authenticity of the voice in the recording and how often do they succeed if the recording itself has got lot of noise.?

2> When someone is just dropping a bomb with some shellshocking news for a person, the person still tries to record, doesnt this seem like 'PLANNED' activity.

3> If the audio clarity is not very clear, and if noise is more, can it still be accepted as evidence.

Thanks
