Attestation form

Do i need to mention a dropped course which i didn't completed and left in between just and gave just 1 sem. Exam out of 10 sems

And didn't obtained any certificate diploma or degree from it

Sorry sir i just forgot to add that I passed 1 sem does it change anything and i need to mention an incomplete course in attestation form?
