Attachment of salary

sir
Family court ordered for attachment of one third salary for recovery of maintenance arrears in crpc 128.What are chances that I shall get relief to reduce the amount in High court.Should I go to high court.

Quick Summary
A Family Court has ordered one-third of your salary to be attached for maintenance arrears under CRPC 128. You are seeking advice on the possibility of reducing this amount by appealing to the High Court. The consensus is that if you are aggrieved by the Family Court's order, you can file an appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, to challenge the quantum of the award.

If you are aggrieved b y the judgment then you can prefer an appeal against the judgment before the appellate court for the reasons and merits you rely upon

Order for attachment of salary would be passed in an execution petition, is it so ?

If you feel the quantum of award passed by Family Court is on higher side and aggrieved by the order move in appeal u/s 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984
