Our company had a property in Noida. Due to huge commercial tax dues our property was attached by the Commercial Tax Department in Noida. Thereafter ARCIL too took a symbolic possession of the same possesion. Hence my questions are:-

If a property is attahced by the Commercial tax department then does the possesion of the said property also passes over to the Commercial Tax departement or will the possession still remain with the owner of the said property ?

Can ARCIL take a Symbolic possession of a property already attached by the Commercial Tax Department ?
