Assignment of lease

Dear expert

A lease has been assigned to assignee under a deed of lease

It mentions as coextensive with the with the balance lease period of the lease deed. Further says that  the Assignee will replace assignor and will have exclusive possession of the property and to pay the rent.It does not mention any amount or figures. Is the same required to be compulsorily registered?

Is under-lease requiored to be registered.
