assest problem

there are 5 brothers. they are individual partitions not registered past 24 years. in that one person sold house against him son . at that time partition registered in register office. no son sign. no document for house. only proofs house tax and este tax and current bills taken against him father any chance to him please give me valuble suggestions

Get the Death certificate and dependant/ share certificate from the SDM office and you will be able to transfer the property share on your name with the help of water/house tax receipts.
