Asking for impotent

Impotency temporary or permanent is not an offence, it would at most give the person's wife a right to obtain divorce or to nullify the marriage. However to get a handsome settlement out of this divorce. They may try implicating you in 498A/406 etc. Watch out for that.

if they did flase 498a on what we do 1st..what is the protechtion and wat should we do....my father is retired and my elder are job less.(she asked to leave the job and come back to westbengal.) we are very mediocure family and nw they asking for 4lk for the mutual divorce what should do...???????plz hlp us..

Your Bhabhi can get Divorce degree on this ground.

If importancy is only temparory after marrige- Than not any crime. But if importancy is permanantly and you hide this to girl & her Family. They can charge on your brother & family members for Cheating u/s 420 IPC.

Mostly  girl file suit in court- u/s 498 IPC for torture, Demanding dowry & 406 IPC for geting back her thinks.

If possible , solve the matter out side of court and file divorce petition mutual concent.

no my elder is not impotent at all..but also he is very healthy and medical test that have been done by the Doctor they said he is very normal....they just cheating us..we have doctor certificate and all document..but we also agree with the mutual divorce.but they wanting more and more....
