Would like to get some information on Restoration of Co u/s 560c after its been stuck off from the ROC.
Would like some information on the process viz petition to be filed in High Court and the normal time duration for restoration of the Company in ROC records.
Is it possible that the Co may not be restored incase of opposition by 1 of the directors in case of a Private Limited Company.
