Arms ACT 1959 Details

Is there any prohibition to a person to possess two arms license under section 14 Arms Act 1959?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether the Arms Act 1959 prohibits an individual from holding two firearm licenses. It suggests that if both licenses clearly state the names and manufacturing details of the firearms, there may be no issue. For definitive clarification, filing an RTI application with the licensing authority is recommended.

If the license has stated such name and manufacturing details of both the arms, one need not worry about the licenses.  If you want authentic clarification, you can file RTI Application seeking such information from that authority that has issued the license.
