Generally courts welcome written arguments before pronoucement of judgements.

You can submit your written arguments, which would be a help the court in writing decision.

Sir, Thank you for reponse. Sir, In my case the counsel and respondent advocate have completed arguments and the Honourable judge has reserved the case for order. Now after 10 days the respondent is again submitting arguments.. Is this valid sir? Can we submit the arguments after the case has came final conclusion?

What is the purpose and aim of opposite counsel in re-submission of his arguments ?

Whether the Court asked for some clarifications before pronouncement of judgment ? If so, you must have also submitted additional arguments (without repetition) and / or rebuttal, depending upon circumstances at that point of time.

You should file your written arguments before delivery of final order

Best wishes
