K ASHOK (DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER)     02 June 2010

approved plan

I intend to purchase a house in new tippasandra. The plan was approved by HAL sanitary board in the year 1995. and the aparment was constructed in the year 2003. Subsequently Khata from BBMP is  available and property tax is being paid from 2003 onwards.

Is the HAL sanitary board approved plan legally acceptable. Can I go ahead with purchase.

you require work completion certificate, only after this certificate, you can go ahead.

Hey Ashok,

Incidentally, I have met with the same problem. Wanted to know how you dealt with this in the past. Hoping to get a reply, though the thread is 1 year old.

Thanks.
