Ours is a reputed edible oil company, we are having railway facelity upto our factory premises. To utilises this facelity we are employed some retaired Railway Employees for certain operations. So while employing these persons what are formalties we have to observe like Provident Fund etc. If we appointed as 'Retainers' is the PF act attracts ? Please give your suggestions at the earliest.

Retired employees re-employed are not entitled for the grant of provident facility and those are already exempted so you are fully free to do any type of contract with them. You given them name as retainer or contractual or regular what so ever it may be but once it is established that they have been re-employed after having retired from railway or some other establishement, they cannot claim this facility.
