If in your order its not specifically mentioned that till what period the order is appealable or till when u can withdraw surety, then it will be 90 days from the order.

i understand it is for only public servant and for normal people it is 60 days . thats what i understood ....somewhere in LCI they posted this judgement.

adding to last post. refering to the section 378 crpc
question 1:- when it says complainant is public servant that means is it Public Prosecutor or Wife who institutued complaint. does it apply to PP or only to the wife. who is the complainant?
questions 2:- if say who is who the complainant wife or PP, what is the appeal time ?
