I have filed a criminal complaint which was dismissed by an order by the megistrate. As it is a final order in the case where should I proceed?

Whether I should appeal as it is a final order?

or Revision lies?

I have already filed an appeal howver the judge questions the maintanability of the same.

Pl cite a case which proves its maintainability?
