Appeal on nayab tehsildar order

Yes you can file the appel to Financail Comm. or Distt.  Comm. and the limitation will apply from the date of knowledge. However you should file condonation of delay application too. If the mutation is bad it will be reversed. 

Have you filed an objection to the orders of the Tehsildar which passed the orders against your interest?

If yes and if the tehsildar has not called you for an inquiry then you can approach civil court with a suit for mandatory injunction against the tehsildar seeking direction to reverse the entry in mutation records as per law and on merits.
