Appeal against dismissal of n application for temporary injunction

My application for grant of tempirary injunction has been dismissed . I want to file an appeal against this dismissal order. Please advise me under what Order/Rule can this appeal be filed and what is the limitation to file this appeal .

Quick Summary
If your application for a temporary injunction has been dismissed, you may be able to file an appeal. Generally, this would be a civil miscellaneous appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 of the CPC, with a limitation period of 30 days from the date of the order. However, depending on the specifics, a civil revision petition to the High Court might be more appropriate. It's best to consult a legal professional to ensure the correct procedure and legal provisions are followed.

You have to file civil  miscellaneous  appeal under order 43 rule 1 cpc and limitation to file appeal is 30 days from date of order.

Since it is an order passed in an IA, you may have to file a civil revision petition before high court instead of an appeal.

The section or provision of law will  be taken care of your lawyer.
