Appeal

how many times a civil case can be appealed? Details as follows: Original Suit: Dismissed Regular Appeal: Dismissed for Default Misc Appeal: Dismissed Misc First Appeal: Allowed, Regular Appeal Restored Regular Appeal: Pending still how many appeals left pls suggest

Quick Summary
This discussion explores the number of times a civil case can be appealed. Following a dismissal and subsequent restoration of a regular appeal by the High Court, the querist is seeking clarification on further appeal options. It's suggested that if the restored appeal is pending in the High Court, there may be an option to appeal to the Supreme Court. If the restored regular appeal is pending in a civil court after being allowed by the High Court (MFA), then appeals to both the High Court and the Supreme Court are potentially available.

Dear querist,

As per me if your restored appeal is pending in high court then you have one more appeal option in supreme court.
