i have been acquitted in 354 A and D case. Now can the complainant go for appeal if so how many days and how will i cometo know whether she is going for appeal. please suggest.

yes, its correct, you dont have to worry (its 60 days) about the appeal being filed. you will be intimated of the same via notice by the court.
