Last 7 years paying Rs.1000.00 / month as non registered apartment maintenance charges. There is no accountabilities till so far. how to claim or complaint about the non registered apartment and the apartment has President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and so on. the aprtment has reveune of Rs.5.0 Lacs / annum

File a suit for mandatory and permanent injunction and rendition of accounts. Consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
