I'm flat owner of an apartment which has 8 flats.
Only 3 member support to form apartment association rest 5 flats belong to land owner. And there is poor mainataince ,There is not track of incoming of outsiders and apartment maintaince charges, water leakage and financial collected for monthly maintain.common electricity bill Need a legal opinion suggestion on this
