Hi everyone. Has anyone managed to locate the judgment/citation for the Allahabad High Court order in November, 2005 whereby the wife, Kalpana Gupta was directed to pay maintenance to the husband, Santosh Gupta? From the little that I could find, the parties were Santosh Gupta and Kalpana Gupta; order was passed on 7 November 2005 by Justice D. P. Singh in Allahabad High Court (Lucknow Bench).
But despite trying real hard, I cannot find the order or citation. Can anybody share it please?

if you pressurise her she may file divorce on you and seek alinony unde SC recent order by justice Ms Bhanumati n or in a WB case today where by 25 % of your income per month she may claim alimony , that law is binding so obviously 2005 case might lose effect as you enormously delayed say around 12 yrs, tks
