Anticipatory bail by self

Can I apply and argue anticipatory bail in a criminal case filed against me, myself (sections are non-bailable)?

Yes you can file an application seeking anticipatory bail as party in person and argue yourself.

You can take guidance from local lawyer on the procedures

Can filing and arguing of AB be done online (video) ?

It depends on the court and the procedures followed by the court concerned, however you may do so before high court but the procedure to file the application as party in person may be cumbersome.

The query appears to be an artifice than realtime.

Your earlier query informed that the AB has been rejected. Admittedly, there has been no arrest. Then, why the AB?

Sir, we can apply in higher court, if lower rejects.

Yes you can either file a fresh application or an appeal against the dismissed bail order
