Yes you can file an application seeking anticipatory bail as party in person and argue yourself.
You can take guidance from local lawyer on the procedures

Can filing and arguing of AB be done online (video) ?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 12 March 2025
It depends on the court and the procedures followed by the court concerned, however you may do so before high court but the procedure to file the application as party in person may be cumbersome.
P. Venu (Advocate) 13 March 2025

V Kumar Singh (Executive) 13 March 2025
Sir, we can apply in higher court, if lower rejects.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 13 March 2025
Yes you can either file a fresh application or an appeal against the dismissed bail order
