Anticipatery Bail

Is it possible to apply anticipatery bail before crime?

Yes, you can take anticipatory bail without any crime but you must have factors of believing false accusations. It cannot be any blanket immunity, the court needs to mention the case for which it will give you anticipatory bail. 

Check sec 438 CrPC
