Ancetral property distribution

My Grand parents had 3 children. 1. My uncle (doctor) 2. My aunt (house Wife) 3. My mother (house wife) My grand parents spent all their money on my uncle and made him a doctor. After he becomes a doctor he purchased a land and build nursing home by selling some of the lands and gold & some loan had taken from banks. He never look after his parents and left to their fate. My grandfather died after few years. Now there is some land and 2 houses (grand fathers own) was there with my grandmother. Inorder to sell those two he started caring my grand mother and he had brought her along with him to his house and made her a unpaid servant maid. He then sold both the land and 2houses without her signatures by using his influence. In 1997 he died due to too much consumption of alcohol . Now after his death there were 3 peoples left with that property(Nursing home). 1. My grand mother 2. My uncles wife 3. Unlces daughter.(who already got married after my uncles death) After few moths my grand mother was thrown on road. My 'uncle's wife" and 'her daughter' claiming that my uncle is an orphan and he studied all the MBBS by his own scholarships and there is no relation existing with my grandmother. With the help of village elders she could able to get some rents from the property by made a gentlemen agreement on a white paper with the other party . Both my aunt and her daughter signed on the agreement. After the agreement my grandmother used to get around 2000 rupees from the rent. Remaining major major part went my 'uncle's wife. This was continued for few months . After that by force they occupied entire property and thrown my grand mother out. Then she sheltered in her daughters house and filed a law suit claiming that the entire property was build by hers' and her husbands property, so that she has right of 1/3rd of the property. Later her two daughters also added to suit that they too have share in the property as per the property law , which states that both daughters also have right in ancestral property. The suit was started in 1998. We approached a lawyer, who later cheated my grand mother by taking money from the Other party. Later we approached another lawyer paying huge amount of money , the same thing repeated again as the other party has lot of money, who are enjoying all the rents from the entire property (which values more than a crore) influenced our lawyers. Later we approached a 3rd lawyer who is from Visakhapatnam, who is my father’s friend and reliable and good person. In 2006 my grandmother was expired . Now my mother and my aunt were added to the law suit. And my gand mother had written will to her daughters. In 2012 Feb my "Uncles wife" also died and entire property occupied by her daughter. This is the entire story. The case is in district court. Court made many attempts for compromise, which the other party doesn't agree ever. Attend in lok adalats also. Now I want know certain answers from the experts 1. Is my grandmother has right to claim her sons property, which is built by selling her husband and hers properties? 2. After the death of son , who is supposed to take care of my old grand mother (which we took care of her).? 3. How much share my grand mother could claim from total property.? 4. Now how the portions’ supposed to be made as the other party is only 'my uncles’ daughter', in our side my mother and my aunt are there.?? 5. Will my mother and my aunt get separate share other than my grandmothers?? 6. The other party have been enjoying all the rent since 1998. Will my grand mother (we)can claim her share of rents ?? Dear experts your valuable answers would give us lot of confidence. We have been spent lot of money and time on this suit for last 13 years.
