Ancestral property division.

My wife's Great Grand Father (Say- GGF) was having some Hacters of Agriculture land in Maharashtra. GGF was having 7 sons and 3 daughters. 3 daughters have given in writing that they are not interested in that property long back. Now the 7 sons and their children are ready to dispose off the property and take their shares. My wife's Grand Father (GF) was one of those 7 sons of GGF. GF was having one son and one daughter. The son wasmy Father in Law (FL). My FL is also not alive but my Mother in Law (ML) is living. FL is also having one son and one daughter i.e my wife. Now my question is: - 1. Will there be 7 divisions of the property? 2. My ML will get the half of 1/7 part of the property? Kindly tell me whether my assumptions are correct or not as per law. Thanks.
