ancestral property and divorce

my grandma made a will before die that her property will be my mother property after his death.
my partner (not legally married) not living with me .we have a son from this relationship.is she or my child has right on this property or not.
she is not living with me since 2 years.

U or Ur son Ur leaving partner has no right until Ur mother disposes the property according to her will. After Ur grand mother died Ur mother becomes absolute owner. All of u no rights.
