Hello Everyone,
Need a suggestion on ancestral property. My grandparents had 5 children out of which 3 of them passed away.The house was given to her sister and children but still under my grandfather's name. It is almost 44 Years we are living in this house and none of uncles showed any interest to develop the house.We have been maintaining this property from last 44 years and we have been paying all tax and other payments right from the being, We also demolished and constructed the house How do i register this property in my brothers name? Request you to pour in suggestions.
